The Koftana Roast takes our Yirgacheffe beans deeper — a full dark roast that unlocks layers of caramelized sweetness and smoky depth without losing the soul of the origin. Named for the rugged Ethiopian highlands where these beans are grown, the Koftana is for coffee lovers who want intensity with intention.

These beans are sourced from the same high-altitude Yirgacheffe farms as our Ibex Roast, then taken through a longer roast to develop a bold, full-bodied cup with a syrupy mouthfeel. Exceptional as espresso, oustanding in a French press, and holds up beautifully to milk-based drinks.
